• Directions: By Car: The Moorwell is located on Windsor Road (A4160) Penarth’s high street and main connecting route from the A4055 which links the Vale of Glamorgan to Cardiff Bay. From the M4 Motorway: Take Junction 33 and follow the A4232 south to the exit marked Barry/Penarth and take the third exit from the roundabout. Continue toward Barry/Penarth along the overpass, keeping left toward Cogan. At the mini roundabout take the second exit onto lower Windsor Road. Bear right and follow toward Penarth town centre.
